Tip Top Arborists was established in 1976 to provide arborist and tree services throughout the Antelope, Santa Clarita, Victor and Tehachapi Valley regions in northern Los Angeles County, California.
Building on the promise to deliver only the finest tree care service, company owner and certified arborist Jim Lewandowski, and his staff of experienced tree care professionals, have grown Tip Top Arborists into one of the finest and most reputable tree service companies in Lancaster, CA.
Now celebrating 47 years in business, Jim and his team continue to stay focused on the company’s vision to help customers appreciate the importance of professional tree care service by certified arborists.

I started working for Tip Top at the age of fourteen as a grounds man, and in 1976 I purchased Tip Top Arborists and began overseeing the company’s daily operations. Over 40 years later I still go to work every day.

Starting out as a Groundsman, working up to Trimmer, Foreman and now Arborist, I been with the Tip Top family for over 18 years, covering the Victor Valley and Antelope Valley Districts. Hold certifications with OSHA, EHAP and CPR.

I have worked for Tip Top Arborists since 1978. I manage the daily production of the office, from resolving customer questions to accounting. I also hold CTSP certification from TCIA.
Tamra Mousette, Admin Assistant
Tip Top has been home since 1998. Special Assistant to Jim Lewandowski, I manage Accounting, Scheduling, Dispatching, Human Resources and Payroll.

Joined the team in 2023 and is responsible for customer service, daily inspections, data entry, and maintaining company certifications.
